Breathe is a short horror about a girl that appears when you hold your breath. A young man is lured into an abandoned warehouse with the promise of meeting a supernatural being so long as he holds his breath. He eventually learns the real reason why he’s there. With its clever concept, this short is able to take its place within the horror genre without submitting to the use of clichés. It’s a beautifully shot film with convincing performances by the actors. Breathe is so alluring that I wish to see more of it.
